Pumpkin Patch with the Yuens

So we bought Lily her first pair of jeans and they are sooo CUTE! I love little jeans and so when I saw them I had to have them! This is us ready for a fun outing with our friends the Yuens. We were headed to the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkins and go to the corn maze!

This is how Lily enjoyed her day. Her dad carried her around all day in the Baby Bjorn. She loved being so close to her dad that she slept most of the day!

Cora is concentrating hard on her map. It took some time to make the right decision as to which way we should go. She did a great job at leading us through!

Look how STRONG!

The other day Lily and I were sitting on the couch. I laid her down and she started to roll towards the inside of the couch. It was easier for her since the couch slightly reclines towards the back. I still had to take a picture and show just how strong our little girl is. She is already holding her head up and pushing up when she is laying on our chests. I just hope she doesn't grow up too fast.

Ready for Church!

So yesterday we went back to church! Lily did so good. She slept for most of the meetings, only woke to eat. She looked so adorable in her jean jumper dress.
Our cute little family all ready to head to church. I sure do love my family and I am so grateful for a wonderful husband!

Our Beautiful Lily

We gave Lily her first bath, which she did not like, last Sunday. Hopefully she will learn to like them soon so that bath time is pleasant for everyone involved.

She is so cute in every outfit that mom can't stop taking pictures of her little Lily!
Please no more pictures please! I love her little hands over her eyes, as long as they don't try to grab them.
Lily loves to sleep on mom or dads chest. We enjoy it too! She is so cute and fun to snuggle with!

This was the day that Lily lost her umbilical cord! She sure enjoys being in just her diaper.
Lily is so good in the car. She loves her car seat and loves to go for rides. She is so good while we are out and about running errands, which is great for mom!
Mom loves when Dad holds Lily. He is such a super dad! Lily sure loves him. Thanks Aunt Gretchen for the blanket!

Proud Dad

So I just had to put this picture in because we are leaving the hospital and I was very happy to be leaving the hospital. Lily tore me pretty good so it took longer to be ready to leave but everything is going great now. We are so glad to have our little Lily home with us and doing so well. We really enjoy each day. We are also so glad that she sleeps at night. She is a super great baby.

This is what they both do best. I love the sleeping pictures so I of course had to take one and post it. They are so sweet when they lay together and nap. After Lily eats, dad gets to burp her and then cuddle with her.

Thanks Grandma Warner!

Grandma Warner came to help us for the first week and we are very glad she did. I ended up getting a clogged milk duct which made me very sick. Grandma got to spend a lot of time with Lily while mom slept. Lily enjoyed spending time with Grandma and so did we. Thanks mom for coming out. It was a great help. Thanks to dad too for living without her for a week. We look forward to seeing you again in November.
