Dear Dada

Dear Dada,
Next time you think about leaving me in the cold and snow while you go someplace warm and sunny, please think twice! I can fit in your suitcase and no one will ever know! I will be very good for you if you take me! And I always make things more fun!

Love Lily!

So last night we picked TJ up from the airport. He had been in Key West, those pictures will come soon, for work/play. Lily was so excited to see her dad she didn't want to sleep. She helped him unpack his suitcase last night. This morning she decided it would be a fun place to fit into! She was happy to play in it for a few minutes. She sure missed her dada while he was gone. On Sunday she found a picture of him and carried it around saying, "Dada, Dada!" all excitedly! She sure loves her dada!

GO COUGARS!

Lily has already become a BYU Cougar fan! She has all the gear and has already mastered the cheer! She gets so excited to cheer for the Cougars too! She will be ready for football season and her trip to BYU vs Air Force game! I hope this makes you smile like it makes us smile when she does it!

When You're Hungry, You have to Eat!

Our Little Lily is quite a talented little girl! This is the second time Lily has eaten and slept at the same time. When you are hungry you have to eat no matter how tired you are!

More Cuteness!

Our little Lily is becoming more of a girlie girl. She still love her animals more, but she is starting to play with her dolls. She is so sweet to them. She will hug them and pat them on the back. I find it very cute!
Lily is ready for or walk! She is just too cute in this picture!
Lily wears everything around her neck. She had Daddy's belt as a scarf and looking super cute while doing so!

Animal Sounds!

Lily makes us laugh with her animal sounds. The other night when we put her to bed she stayed awake making animal sounds in her crib. It was so funny! Anyways I thought I would record some of her sounds to share. Hope you enjoy!

We Love our Lily!

The past few weeks have been crazy in our home. The bright spot in it all is Lily! She smiles and you melt! She is full of hugs and kisses and shares them every day! My favorite new thing of hers is that she comes up to us and says, "hi" and then gives us loves. She does this all day long and I love it every time she does! She also points to any picture of TJ and says, "dada" with a huge smile! Around 3 every day she starts to get excited for dad to come home, even though it isn't for 3 more hours! When he walks in the door he gets the biggest smile and hug! She already has him wrapped around her finger! We feel so blessed that she is a part of our family. She is such a great little girl!
Since we live away from family, I try really hard to share what Lily is doing so those who care can keep up with the changes! Lately Lily is becoming so independent. Sometimes this is a little hard, but it is also very fun to see her learn new things and grow up. She is almost pro at eating with her spoon and fork. She climbs on everything. She picks up her toys when asked and sometimes without being asked. She is getting really good at puzzles. She still continues to love to read. Her new thing is to read up to the Kitchen table. She takes her books over to the table, then climbs up all by herself and sits and reads until her story is finished. I hope you enjoy a few pictures of our cute little Lily!

Lily is also into watching Disney movies. She watches about 45 minutes at a time. The other day she decided that she wanted to watch the movie laying down on the couch. I thought it was super cute so I included the picture!

Lily's Got Style!

These adorable little sunglasses have been the best Target dollar bin purchase in quite a while! Lily loves to wear her sunglasses. When it is time to go outside, she grabs her glasses before we head out the door. She usually puts them on upside down, but they stay on so it works for her! The other day she was being super cute with them so we took some pictures! Our adorable little Lily with her stylish shades! So proud to be wearing them!
We will ask Lily, "How big is Lily?" and she will put her arms up while we say, "So big!" Well in this picture I was saying, "Smile big," and this is what we got! I love this little girl so much! What a smile!
Sporting her stylish shades while reading books with dad!
