Lily's "PRETEND" Birthday!

Since we were going to be in Idaho for Lily's 3rd birthday, we decided to have her party before we left.  As I was explaining this to Lily, she came back with this response, "So, I get a REAL birthday AND a PRETEND birthday?!!"  She had the biggest smile when she realized this!  So for her PRETEND party, we had a CANDYLAND themed party.  She picked the theme and then I had fun finding ideas online!  I have to say the best part of all the party planning was watching Lily pick and hand out invitations to her friends!

 We had lollipops, or as Lily calls them, "Lilypops!"

 Cupcakes, per Lily's request!  We also had candy they had to guess how many - this was mainly for the adults!

 Instead of favors, they got to go through the candyland and pick their treats!  This was a huge hit!  Sorry to those parents that had to deal with a sugar rush! 

 We also pinned the cherry on the cupcake.

 When the kids came they played with the balloons before heading out to play CANDYLAND!

 Lily was so spoiled from her friends!  She loved opening her gifts!
